All-Inclusive Itineraries Supported By Leaders On-Program

We provide services from arrival to departure. Our itineraries include all lodging, meals, transportation, activities and full-time local guides. Our local guides will be with your group 24/7 throughout the experience. Our full-time team of program managers are also on call in case of emergency. We have offices that operate year-round in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic,  and San Jose, Costa Rica to offer comprehensive travel support, as well as teams on the ground across both countries.

Safety, Risk Management, and Full Global Support

Our extensive vetting process for vendors ensures that they meet the highest safety standards, benefiting both our participants and the vendors as businesses. Our staff undergoes thorough background checks, interviews, as well as training in CPR, First Aid, and our activity protocols, ensuring we are well-prepared to handle any situation and minimize risks.

Collaborating with your safety team is crucial for us, as we strive to align our programs with your specific standards. If we encounter safety standards that surpass our own, we readily adopt them to further enhance our practices. Pre-Departure and Post-Travel Support Materials

A transformative travel experience does not need to start when we land in the country. We provide customers with pre-departure materials such as educational articles, packing lists and guides from local communities that will help participants prepare for their trip. At your request, we can join calls and host webinars or trainings for travelers. After the experience, we keep customers informed about the communities they visited via our Community Impact Report.
