We believe in the transformative power of travel and that not all learning happens within the four walls of a classroom. We learn by doing. We see travel as a vehicle for personal growth and exploration key to any education. Whether you are a teacher looking to push your kids' comfort zone, a college student looking to explore new places or a career professional looking to go on a personal journey. All travel is a space for learning which we curate in specific ways,

• We expose our travelers to local leaders, activists and stakeholders that provide critical context to the locations we are visiting. 

• Our travelers participate in community-driven service projects. We collaborate with and get to know our local partners. These experiences are designed to promote cross-cultural collaboration while providing students with opportunities to problem solve and work together.

• We assure travelers understand the big picture of the projects they support – where the issues come from, why the work they do will help, and what kind of outcomes we and the community are expecting.

• We create safe spaces where participants can discuss opinions and engage with critical issues they are witnessing. We challenge preconceived notions, encourage students to examine themselves and their privilege, and avoid creating a savior mentality during or after the trip.
